GAF Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
GDUSA American Graphic Design Awards 2023
Client’s vision was to communicate GAF’s new employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP) for GAF in order to compete in a competitive talent marketplace to attract and retain key talent.
To provide visual solutions, a photoshoot for Headquarter and Plant employees was put in place.
Within GAF’s cafeteria there was an opportunity to liven up a wallspace, sell sheets, tshirts, and tabletop banners were created for career fairs to attract new talent.
